Software: Our software suite provides agents with the ability to create exceptional marketing material and desktop publishing. We use the full Microsoft Office Suite with mail merge facility. Microsoft Outlook allows for intra-office communication, email management, task management and diary and Calender functions.

James can boast excellent clearance rates for properties sold at Auction and is able to liaise with sellers and marketing agents from the beginning of an Auction process, instead of at the very end of an Auction campaign as is the norm. This consultation plays a vital role in a successful Auction campaign.
