In-House Printing: We have recently invested in a state of the art colour printer which gives Brad Bell Real Estate the capacity to print full colour marketing material in-house. Our material is a superior quality to our competitors and our Team can be justifiably proud of our corporate image being marketed alongside our listed properties on this high quality material.

Buyer Database: Our 30 years of success is materialised in a detailed database of buyer enquiry of over 5000 buyers looking in the market at any given time. These buyers are contacted twice weekly by email to advertise our new listings and our open for inspection times. Agents regularly receive listing leads from this contact and many of our successful sales come directly from exposure of our properties to this resource.

Computer Network: At Brad Bell Real Estate we have a fully networked computer system across both of our offices allowing fast and reliable access to shared resources (the intranet) as well as speedy and reliable access to the World Wide Web.

Subscriptions: We are Platinum subscribers to the predominant property website www.realestate.com.au which means that our listings appear higher in the order of properties listed on the market and appear in premium advertising conditions.

We subscribe to www.rpdata.com.au as an information tool for our property agents for research on market price, trends, ownership information and the generation of the Comparative Market Analysis for use in listing presentations.

Southern Star Newspaper Advertising: Hand in hand with internet advertising is print media advertising and Brad Bell Real Estate has a long and exceptional relationship with Quest Newspapers. Our weekly, standard advertisement  is placed in the premium position of the second page under the property editorial, which is widely and loyally read by many in the local market. This is an advantageous tool to offer prospective sellers in a competitive listing situation.

Software: Our software suite provides agents with the ability to create exceptional marketing material and desktop publishing. We use the full Microsoft Office Suite with mail merge facility. Microsoft Outlook allows for intra-office communication, email management, task management and diary and Calender functions.

We subscribe to the RealWorks system, ensuring that our forms and procedures are compliant with the Property and Motor Dealers Act, Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation. These forms are also compliant with best practice standards prescribed by the R.E.I.Q.

Website: We have retained the one of the leading creators of Property Websites in Australia to design our new state of the art user-friendly Brad Bell Real Estate Website. The website has amazing back-end structure, enabling our staff to market more directly to our clients and to direct buyer enquiry swiftly to the marketing agent.

Photography: We have made a substantial investment in a state-of-the-art digital camera with a DSLR wide lens. This resource is available for our staff to capture professional wuality images of homes for use in advertising and marketing material. This is a significant advantage to our clients as we are able to professionally showcase the features of properties we are selling or leasing.


In-House Auctioneer: James Bell is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Queensland and is one of Brisbane’s most sought after property Auctioneers.

James can boast excellent clearance rates for properties sold at Auction and is able to liaise with sellers and marketing agents from the beginning of an Auction process, instead of at the very end of an Auction campaign as is the norm. This consultation plays a vital role in a successful Auction campaign. James is available as Auctioneer to our sales agents and sellers free of charge which is a great selling point in a competitive listing scenario.

Training and Development

Brad Bell Real Estate operates through two major divisions: Sales and Property Management. Although operating as two separate divisions, we work together as one great Team to ensure the perpetuation of business between our Rental and Sales Divisions.

We have a comprehensive property management service including a large roll of residential properties and an extensive suite of commercial properties.

Our professional Property Management Team consists of dedicated commercial and residential Property Managers, specialist Leasing Consultant and Administration Assistants.

Full Service Agency

Salary and Commission: The Salary and Commission for a particular candidate is worked out by the level of experience the incumbent has at performing salesperson duties and in accordance with relevant legislation.

Brad Bell Real Estate pays 9% Superannuation in accordance with legislation. Other conditions of employment are worked out based on an individual agreement with the incumbent.

Mount Gravatt Show: Brad Bell Real Estate is a major sponsor of the Annual Mount Gravatt show, held in July at the Mount Gravatt Showgrounds. This sponsorship includes the Young Achiever Awards program which rewards outstanding achievements of local school students. Brad Bell is the Patron of the Mount Gravatt show in 2009.

In addition, Brad Bell Real Estate sponsors the Mount Gravatt Show’s Fireworks Show which is a great delight for local residents and the many families who attend the show.

Wishart State School Safety Booklet: Brad Bell Real Estate has contributed to the cost of the publication and distribution of a Safety and Stranger Danger awareness campaign for all students at Wishart State School.

Royal Chidren's Hospital Working Wonders RNA Auction: In-house Auctioneer James Bell volunteers his Auctioneer services at this highly successful annual event to raise money for the Working Wonder's Foundation of the Royal Children's Hospital.
